According to legend, the Haida are the children of the Eagle and the Raven. This legend explains how light came to Earth and how Raven gave it to humanity. Thanks to his curiosity, his tenacity and his desire to provide happiness, Corbeau was able to release the light and reveal to the whole world the beauty of nature and the grandeur of the Earth. Humans also have Raven to thank for lighting up their lives!
